SCSU party school?

Saint Cloud State University had the reputation of being a party school for years. But a yearly survey on students substance usage proved otherwise. The goal of this project was to share the facts with students and faculty on campus to fight the stigma SCSU had been carrying. Another goal was to alleviate peer pressure throughout the campus by showing that the majority of students are not, in fact, consuming drugs and alcohol.
